Just a bit about our store

The Book Worm Bookstore opened in October 2005. We have thousands of books, movies, cds and accessories (calendars, journals, bookmarks, bookbags and booklights, just to name a few) to accommodate everyone's taste. While most items are gently used, we also carry a large amount of NEW items as well ranging at 50% publishers price and sometimes even more!

We are always happy to see you and help you when you need to find that rare out of print book or hard to find book that is on a reading list and the big box stores are out of them.

Book Clubs, Group leaders and  Teachers, please call us before you pick or assign that reading assignment and we will be happy to make sure we get some copies in for your students or group.

We have expanded!

We now are taking all trades in at our new Trade in center on the next street.
The address is 3886A Broad Street.  We are now taking in your books, CDs and movies to turn into store credit.

To try to come up with a better way of doing business, we will now only be accepting trades at the new building for trade-ins over 12 items. This will help us finish getting the store transitioned to our new computer labeling and tracking system and clear up the clutter that constantly overtakes the store.

The hours for trade ins will be 12pm to 4:30pm Monday through Saturdays so PLEASE remember this for the future.
You can park at the other building if you have a lot to carry. The trade in credit will be processed and updated in the store remotely, so you do not need to come back by to check on your credit if you choose not to wait. We do hope this will make things go smoothly at the store and allow us to add a little more shelving to the store for more items to put out for you.

Please remember to keep your money where your house is and shop LOCAL first.
A great site to visit and bookmark for all the happenings in Powder Springs is http://powderspringsevents.com/directory.html where you can find out what other merchants are open and local activities and festivals.

We hope that you will continue to stop in and support us and will pass the word that we are here, as so many people still don't know there is a downtown Powder Springs and don't know what they are missing!

Thanks again for supporting us and helping small businesses to stay open in your city!
